YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy notice
Last updated: 8 September 2026
Who is responsible for your information?
Cranium Training Ltd T/A Peter Waycot is the data controller for information held in this coaching portal. Questions or requests can be sent to info@peterwaycot.com.
What information is collected?
The portal may hold your name, email address, coaching-session dates, commitments and actions, reflections you choose to record, and details of coaching resources released to you. Technical information needed to keep your account secure may also be processed.
Why is it used?
Your information is used to provide and administer your coaching, prepare for sessions, maintain continuity between sessions, give you access to relevant resources, communicate with you, protect the portal, and meet legal or business-record obligations.
Lawful basis
Personal information is normally processed because it is necessary to provide the coaching service and for the legitimate interests of maintaining a secure, useful coaching record. Where the law requires a different basis, that basis will be identified before the information is collected.
Please avoid sensitive information
This portal is not intended for medical records or unnecessary information about health, ethnicity, religion, political opinions, sexual life or other highly sensitive matters. Please do not add this type of information unless it is genuinely relevant and you have first discussed it with Peter.
Who can see it?
Your portal information can be seen by you and Peter. It is not sold. Trusted service providers may process it only to operate the portal, including Supabase for database and account services, OpenAI Sites for hosting, and email-service providers for account messages. They are required to protect the information they process.
International transfers
Technology providers may process information outside the UK or European Economic Area. Where this happens, appropriate contractual or other legal safeguards are used as required by data-protection law.
How long is it kept?
Portal and coaching records are normally retained for six years after the coaching relationship ends, then securely deleted or anonymised. Information may be kept longer where required by law or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. A valid earlier deletion request will be considered where continued retention is not necessary.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain uses. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or the data-protection authority in the country where you live.
Security and changes
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect the portal. No online service can promise absolute security. This notice may be updated when the portal or legal requirements change; the latest version will always be available here.
